Our Goat Milk soap is made from milk from our own Nigerian Dwarf Goats. They have rich milk that has ten percent more protein and butterfat than is found in most dairy goats. I grew up using Goat Milk soap that my Mom crafted and she never used anything to scent her soap so I tend to go for this bar as it doesn't need a fragrance to make it an amazing bar of soap. I wash my face with this soap twice a day and it leaves my skin soft and clean.
We recently moved 3000 miles and I had to reduce my herd in order to make the trip. I had never even hauled a trailer but I managed to load up my two favorite Does( Blue Lightening & her daughter Potato) and my Buck (Knocking Boots) and make the long haul over the course of 5 days. I also brought my 4 barn cats my dog and my parrot. I can tell you this trip brought out every emotion a person can have from the excitement of greener pastures to the emotional roller coaster of worry about your animals traveling so far. We all made it though and they all did just fine. We have enough of our freeze dried milk to last until the does have babies in the spring.
